Noelle Grace O. Pico is a writer, musician, and professional creative living in Pasig, Metro Manila, with roots in Bacolod City.
A classically trained pianist from St. Scholastica’s College and a lifelong student of dance, she views the poetic line as choreography, using cadence and sound to manage the emotional narrative. To her, the creative process is an act of dialogue—a philosophy shaped by her background in Behavioral Science and her graduate studies in Language and Literature at De La Salle University-Manila.
Noey's poetry has been published in the Sunday Inquirer Magazine, the anthology, Crowns and Oranges: Works by Young Philippine Poets, edited by the late Cirilo Bautista and Ken T. Ishikawa, and contributed lyrics to Luis Katigbak’s speculative fiction piece “More Than I Ever Wanted Anything” (originally published in UNO Magazine and later reprinted in the collection Dear Distance via Anvil Publishing).
Her recent work will appear in The Eunoia Review (March 2026), and she is currently part of the volunteer-led team at kasing2, a print and digital magazine by Visayans, for Visayans.
When she’s not working at her corporate day job, she hangs out over on Instagram and Threads as @thenoeychu, sharing photos of her overgrown soot sprite of a cat, Jinx, and her thoughts on writing, pop culture, video games, and life.
