Noelle Grace O. Pico is a poet, fiction writer, and B2B content marketer based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Bringing a cross-disciplinary approach to storytelling outside the traditional MFA track, she attributes her writing rhythm to years of classical piano and dance training—treating the poetic line as a form of choreography.
Her early work appeared in the Sunday Inquirer Magazine and in Crowns and Oranges: Works by Young Philippine Poets. More recently, her writing has been featured in Eunoia Review, Soul Poetry, and Prose & Arts Magazine, and is forthcoming at Fluorescent Magazine. Her short story, “Clicks, Cravings, Kundiman” is featured in DILIM Press’ inaugural anthology, Galleon Dreaming: An Anthology of Dark Fiction from the Philippine Diaspora.
Online, she’s just Noey—a 90s web veteran sharing poetry sketches, photography, and the shenanigans of her resident overgrown soot sprite (her cat, Jinx) over on Threads and Instagram @thenoeychu.
